All persons entering the exhibition area must show a valid access pass. It is not possible to enter the exhibtion area without an access pass. There will be an entering control throughout the opening hour.
The work pass is ONLY valid for construction and breakdown days (and NOT during the expo).
The exhibitor pass is for the staff working on the stand and is also valid for construction and breakdown days.
The access pass is personal (with name and company) and must be worn at all times durung construction, expo and breakdown days. The access pass must be filled in and printed from home.
All visitors must register and print their personal access pass at dialabxpo.com.
For safety reasons, anyone who helps during construction and/or dismantling must have a work identity badge. Without a work card, it is not possible to access the exhibition area. There will be control of the work identity badges during the construction period.
WORK IDENTITY BADGE IS:
As an exhibitor you are obliged to staff your stand troughout the exhibition period.
Everyone working on the stand during the exhibition must have a exhibitor badge, that must be showed at the entrance and exit of the exhibition.

Exhibitor badges is ONLY for the staff who work at the stand.
All visitors must register and download their ticket at dialabxpo.dk, from which the visitors personal access card is printed. Visitors can also register at the entrance to DiaLabXpo.

You must enter one name at a time, and then click print. Then you will receive one email with one attachment containing one access pass which you can forward to your colleague

There is free entrance for visitors to the exhibition. Visitors can register on our website at dialabxpo.com
There will be a manned wardrobe for visitors at Docken foyer during the exhibitions opening hours. The price for the wardrobe is DKK 20,-
DiaLabXpo is a trade fair, we therefore recommend that you do not bring children at the expo
